Most items are in our warehouse and will ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery to you will take an additional 2-5 days, based upon your location. If we do not have the items you ordered in our warehouse, we will custom them for you and ship them to you within 3-5 business days.
Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, which can take an additional 1-2 days for processing. If you order multiple items, and one of your items comes from the manufacturer, it will be shipped separately.
If for some reason we are temporarily out-of-stock, there are three options available:
You can select a similar item of equal value as a replacement.
You can wait for the item to become available (we will provide you with an estimated date).
Cancel your order.
Our preferred US Carrier is USPS. For some US destinations DHL may be used.
Standard Shipping – Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders.
Free shipping is not available for Alaska and Hawaii. Rates will be available at Check Out.
We do offer expedite shipping for US destinations only, which may be selected as you place your order. The expedited options are for 2nd Day Air or DHL 3-4 Day Select. All expedited orders are processed and shipped before 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday thru Friday. Any DHL expedited order placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be processed the next business day. There is no weekend expedited delivery.
Products must be in the condition you received them in with the original box and/or packaging. If merchandise is not return in its original box, or the box is taped and used to return the merchandise, a $3 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Clothing and hats must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags intact.
Please do not return the merchandise to the manufacturer, we will handle everything.

Please note that the store will not be able to issue you a refund. Internet refunds are processed only by the corporate office. We will refund the money to your credit card after receiving notification of the returned merchandise from the store. Please allow 7-25 days for this refund to be processed.
We will gladly pay shipping charges up to $10 on returned items if:
Item is defective.
Wrong item was shipped.
Item was missing parts or accessories.
If you wish to exchange an item purchased, please contact our Customer Service Department directly. They will check the availability of the replacement item you are requesting and further explain the steps needed to make the exchange.
Merchandise that is exchangeable can be returned by either mailing to our shipping department. Exchanges are subject to a $8 processing and handling fee. Once the original item is received, the replacement merchandise will arrive to you within 7-10 business days.
Refusal of package delivery from our drop ship partners:
A restocking charge of 15% will be deducted from your refund for any merchandise if the order is refused for delivery, or cancelled in transit.
